Now more than ever, employers are looking to gain a competitive advantage with their benefits strategy, differentiating the employee experience. We found that close to three quarters of employers globally (72%) plan to do just that and address the specific needs of employees over the next two years. Yet we also found that just 23% have such a strategy in place today. 

In this session, we tell the story of what the results say and hear from how organisations are rethinking and redesigning their benefits strategy.

Further findings reveal:

  • Six in 10 employers globally cite the increased focus on diversity, equity and inclusion as the top influence on their benefits strategy
  • 73% of employers report that stress, burnout and mental health issues constitute their top workforce challenge.
  • 64% of employers plan to boost their support for mental health over the next two years
