Terms and Conditions

Registration and joining instructions 
Your place on your requested course will be automatically confirmed on the submission of the registration form. You will receive joining instructions prior to the date of your event which will contain confirmation of venue, dates and timings, a map and any other relevant information regarding your course.

If you do not receive joining instructions before the event please contact Helena Jackson at trustee.training@willistowerswatson.com.

Payment 
If you have requested to add your fee to your WTW account you will be invoiced to the address provided on your registration form. Invoices will be sent out after your attendance at the training session.

Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Any outstanding due after this date will incur a late charge of the lesser of 1.0% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
 
Cancellations
We do not charge for any cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the course date.

We would ask that you email Helena Jackson at trustee.training@willistowerswatson.com as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the course.

Please note, the workshops will be given in local language.
